Faulty DVD

The disk was unreadable and failed to load. This was a preowned/used disk that was obviously not functioning as intended, yet it was sold anyways. Thankfully, I was issued a refund by Walmart once the issue was reported. Lesson here is make sure the disks you purchase whether used or new are tested to ensure they function as intended.
