HOW DO I RESET THE COMBINATION LOCK
1.The lock is set to 0-0-0 at the factory.
2.Locate the reset button adjacent to the dials, push it and hold while you rotate the dials to your desired 3-digit code.
3.Release the reset button and your code is now set.
4.Scramble the dials and test your new code to be sure the correct one is set.

Important note: When installing the detachable wheels on this suitcase, you need to press and hold the OFF button to lock them in place.

Beautiful seems well.made I have to admit I came from generation that suitcases were metal and leather or faux leather but these im told by my GD who is going on a cruise is compliant with FAA weight limits this the lighter suitcase It has 3 you can actually use as carry on possible 4 It depends on your airline ? She loves it It was a good price I remember paying 100.00 for 4 pieces of softside luggage in the 1980's ...so comparing era vs cost THIS is a good deal ! And WM will make it right if it doesn't suit your standards ! So go ahead a buy already !

Great value for a large set.

This was a great set for the price. Several pieces included, all the cases have spinning wheels. Everything seems to work fine and I like the organizational compartments that are included inside the cases. I wish the outside hard shell was a little stiffer, but it's not any worse than. what I've seen on some other brand name (but not premium) suitcases. I think it will hold up just fine.
