Joyway 5 Piece Luggage Sets Hardshell Lightweight Suitcase with TSA Lock Spinner Wheels

This set is exactly as described. It is indeed strong, easy to handle, and good looking inside and out. This luggage set is not flimsy, unlike many others I've checked out in retail stores. The shell is thicker and does not cave in or bend, and the zipper is also well-made. My trip is coming up, and I'll see how this luggage holds up through six airports.

To replace a damaged set, we bought this mid-price range set. They did the job on our recent trip... and even survived some carrier abuse en route. The drawback to them is that each side is packed (instead of a more traditional fabric suitcase -- where they whole case is "filled" and then just the top is closed and zipped shut.) With these hardsides -- with each 1/2 being packed while the case is fully open -- one of the packed sides must be folded over to close the suitcase before zipping -- which can result in some of that side's carefully-packed smaller contents starting to shift or spill out before the zipper can be closed. This is a "rookie error" -- because we later discovered there is a complete light cover on one of the 1/2's ...and that should be the side that is folded over to meet the other side -- but only after zipping that side's cover.! HOWEVER even then, if that side's contents are smaller items, they are still going to shift within the closed cover... as they would likely with other suitcase types.
