We brined the turkey overnight before cooking, and it came out just as flavorful and juicy as when we fry it. It didn't seem to heat up the kitchen as it cooked and it left the oven open so we could heat other dishes. The nonstick coating made it very easy to clean up after. I highly recommend this roaster.
