I am very happy with the chair. I like that the chair reclines and has a foot rest. The chair is small. The back of the chair is short even though its called a high back. However, when the chair is reclined the back of the chair moves so the persons head is on the back of the chair. Keep in mind that this is a computer chair, not a reclining living room chair. The foot rest is not as long like a reclining living room chair. To work the chair: The foot rest is about half the size of a living room chair. The computer chair is comfortable, soft. The chair reclines by pulling the lever forward and the person puts pushes on the chair arms. To put the back of the chair in an upright position, one must pull back the lever and push on the arms. To use the foot rest there is a control on the left side of the chair. The foot rest moves based on using the control. To make the foot rest in the down position move the control and push down on foot rest. Set up: The instructions on how to set up the chair were bad. The instructions were one page with photos. The instructions were incomplete. It took 3 people to set up the chair.
