Start with No Poo Original- apply to scalp and scrub in with fingertips. Scrub out while rinsing thoroughly. Follow up with One Condition Original- Apply to wet curls. Use fingers to gently detangle and glide through the ends to thoroughly moisturize. Rinse. Apply Styling Cream- Distribute through soaking wet curls.
