Limited Warranty - Instruments manufactured by BAC Musical Instruments LLC are warranted by BAC Musical Instruments LLC to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase subject to the limitations contained in this warranty. The instruments are also warranted to be free of discoloration caused by soldering acids or failure of the plating to adhere to the metal during this one (1) year period. The warranty is extended to the original retail purchaser only, and is not transferable to the subsequent owners. THE RETURN OF THE WARRANTY REGISTRATION CARD WITHING 30 DAYS OF THE DATE OF THE ORIGINAL RETAIL PURCHASE IS A CONDITION PRECEDENT TO WARRANTY COVERAGE. If at any time the BAC instrument malfunctions as a result of faulty material or workmanship. BAC will repair the defect(s) or replace the instrument at its sole option. Repair or replacement will be performed at no cost to the original retail purchaser for labor or materials for the duration of the warranty.
