A Faraway Spring, (Paperback)

The exciting sequel to A Winter Adventure begins when Winter ends too soon and Summer is too tired to stay awake for long. As Summer and Winter begin to fight over who should get to sleep, snow storms blow and sun scorches. Warm summer rain becomes winter ice, sometimes in the same day. This wild weather gives Poplar Morgan an idea. A good idea. A grand idea. A wildly wonderful idea that would change the world of Faraway forever. Except, she needs to get to an island called Long Ago and find Mother Nature before she can find a way to bring Spring to Faraway, and Alec is too afraid of Poppy's mother to dare take Poppy there. So, what's a daring girl to do when she has the best of ideas? She sneaks away with a new friend, of course! But when Poppy and Bran Thornstead find Mother Nature and think the adventure is almost over, they find out that it has just begun! Trolls, giants, irritating little goblins, and crazy weather won't stop her, because Poppy will do whatever is necessary to bring a lovely new season to life.
