The boots tie up in front with laces running through holes.These boots feature a design that combines polyester velvet and polyurethane leather. A section of polyurethane leather wraps across the toe, along the sides, and around the back of the foot at the bottom of each boot. There is more polyurethane leather around the holes where the lacing runs through.Both sections of leather have a lace-like detailing along the edges. A strip of this lace-like detailing runs around the back of the leg at the top of each boot. The rest of the Victorian heel boots are covered with matching velvet. The Womens Lace Up Victorian Boots are ideal for wearing to a Halloween party or costumed event.
