Each day, simply feed a little less of the previous food and a little more Pro Plan until you’re feeding Pro Plan exclusively. This gradual transition will help avoid dietary upsets. I've been feeding this dog food to my Havanese since she was a puppy. I've never had a problem with the food however I always make sure to mix some of the new food with the old food to make sure it doesn't upset her stomach. This is what my vet recommended I do. I guess that dog food can vary from bag to bag even if it's the same flavor and brand. My dog seems to like this new flavor. I have mixed it with the chicken flavor too.
