Wanted the gathers around the yoke and it looks very nice and fits very well--like a roomy robe. The fabric is easy to wash. It works very well in the summer. I might need a heavier one when winter is here. The elbow length sleeves are actually a benefit because I'm not constantly rolling and re-rolling up sleeves that get caught in the water when I wash my face. I am happy with the blue color but would have chosen pink if available.
