Just what I was looking for. It tailor-fits a standard pillow (smoothly without wrinkles), zips down the side without the zipper being uncomuncomfortably felt thru the pillow, it keeps the actual pillow from dust and germs, and is reasonably priced. Note, it is NOT the one with plastic lining that protects the pillow from liquid. Food and liquid can permeate thru your pillow case and this protector and still stain your pillow, but it gives it one more layer of protection at least. Overall a great item!

This is the second time I have boughten the Mainstays Pillow covers. I love them, especially for our feather pillows! I use them under the regular pillowcase , they are easy to wash and put back on with another pillowcase over. Nice way to protect your pillows.

absolutely recommend keep on as a base cover for a pillow. especially if you live with boys who don't understand proper hygiene. that's really helps to keep the pillows from getting gross. they do their own laundry I don't always get everything changed and put back together before they sleep on it again. really helps to cut down on Gross boy-ness in the home
