I ordered this motherboard to pair with my ryzen 7 5700x. The description stated I would have to update bios before the board would support my CPU. Upon delivery I saw that the particular board I received was Revision 1.5. After some research I learned that this particular revision had new bios revisions that support the 5000 series of AMD AM4 cpus. I am so happy with my new build. AM4 may be an “outdated” platform in 2024, but I foresee this system serving me for a while.
