Good for sugar!

I have alpha-gal syndrome and cannot have sugar that has been whitened using bone char, which means I need to buy mainly just organic sugar - and this fits the bill. It's sugar, just like its white counterpart. The color is like a light tan, and I never notice that it ever colors anything in my baking. And I bake a lot. Nice and sweet. I am happy with this sugar!
