BEAUTIFUL look overall. Sound is higher pitch as tubes are very thin and shorter in length. Tubes can sustain a little damage in shipping. Wood tone is nice and deep color which shows nicely against the silver tubing. At retail I do not think I would buy but on sale, a bargain. William

We bought 4 of these wind chimes because we were having trouble with woodpeckers. I must say that problem stopped right away after installing them. They already come assembled. They have sustained through 3 heavy thunderstorms with high winds. They didn't break or fall down. The sound is not ovebearing, chimes have a nice tone to them. Very happy with our purchase!

Sounds like those small bags of jingle bells. Lots of small tubes. You get the overall length from the center string that attaches to the wind sail. Appears well made and if you like a light tinkering sound you are good. I personally like the fatter tubing for a deeper sound.
