I like the look of this piece. the color is very nice. the wood is pretty and well done. The only thing is that all the chimes are of the same length thus the same tone. I was hoping these would have had a variety of lengths and tones. This would make this much more pleasant to listen to. the single tone is monotonous. They do look very nice though.

When the measurements say 32” long they mean from tip of hanging to the end of the wind chime. Not the chime tubes. Which are about 8” long. It's nice and will keep it. But I was expecting something better. A patio or small porch this would work well.

Sounds like those small bags of jingle bells. Lots of small tubes. You get the overall length from the center string that attaches to the wind sail. Appears well made and if you like a light tinkering sound you are good. I personally like the fatter tubing for a deeper sound.
