Good for events, but probably not everyday use

Quality is about what you would expect from a nice costume. I personally like it and don't think it'll tear easy, but it's a bit on the thin side and I had no warmth at the med fair this year. All in all I like it. The “corset” part consists of three buttons in the back but even though it's hard to put on by yourself without spinning it around it appears to work much like a regular corset but you may have to remove it if you're eating large quantities of food because it will get tight. The only downside is there's no boning so you might have to adjust it more often like I did because it fell/got wrinkled fairly often. I think it was a neat idea and I love that I can use it with multiple clothing items instead of just the shirt. I didn't see any wash instructions but I washed mine in cold water with colors so it wouldn't stain any whites and dried it a couple of times on low heat. It turned out fine.
