VEKDONE Women's Softshell Jacket with Hood Fleece Lined Warm Lightweight Waterproof Insulated Windbreaker Outdoor Windproof Sports Jackets Red XXXXL

Never got the item. delivery confirmation was sent Friday March 6th saying it was delivered. it was not. looked online and it says it was delivered Mar 3rd, again it was not. it was estimated to get here on the 9th, that was yesterday. i have been trying to get a decent rain jacket for about 6 months now (not this company but over-all.) first one was too small (didn't realise it was coming from China so didnt size up accordingly). 2nd one fits, but I cant wear another thin jacket under it for colder weather. 3rd one sent the complete wrong size, and this one never showed up. i just want a rain jacket. is that too much to ask for? i'm sure it would probably be a nice item had i gotten it, but i'll never know.
