Looks just like the photo. The back side is stripes so its reversible. I put it on a rocker/glider instead of a traditional chair or recliner so it is plenty big for that. Should be big enough for a bigger chair.

Finally, I've pleased my mother-in-law!

This was purchased for my incredibly picky mother-in-law. It had to be attractive, completely cover the chair, especially the arms, and be lightweight and simple to clean. I finally achieved something in my marriage for the first time! She adored the quilt's design because it completely covered the chair and was easier to wash and dry than a bath towel. The miracle! I would strongly advise this to other patient daughter-in-laws!

Softest and most durable!

This makes me very happy. My gods do not pull it off the couch like regular quilts we would use to cover the sofa. It has greatly aided in keeping hair off the couch when company arrives. We simply pull it off and... hairless couch ready to go!! It softened up in the wash but did not shrink at all. I am overjoyed.
