One of my favorite lip pencils

This matte lip pencil is slightly creamy and goes on smoothly. I like a nude matte look but I still have to put some other type of moisture on my lips first - even a lip balm works well. It's not easy to find this particular product in the store anymore so I guess maybe Physicians Formula not making it any more - that usually happens when I really like a product. :-)

Where has this been all my life?

Hands down my favorite lipstick (and growing up in dance, I have worn a lot of lipstick.) This is the first time I have experienced a perfect shade match to my lip color, and the texture of this is perfect. A matte that feels smooth, and is heavily pigmented. My lips feel super hydrated from it instead of dried out like some of my other lipsticks do. The pencil sharpening function is a bit… weird, but I find that I only have to do it every couple days. In other words, would I prefer a twisty cap? Yes. Is this product worth the extra step of sharpening? Absolutely. Quick tip: sometimes, if I wear the product all day, it can start drying out after several hours and feel cakey. This lipstick rejuvenates quickly with a little dab of lipbalm (or their lip treatment which is also luxurious.)
