Rumblex Plus is fun

I literally just finished setting up and using this machine/platform one hour ago. I am 70 years old and have osteoporosis. I bought this platform after researching so many. This machine has the pulsating function and a speeds high enough to assist with improving bone density over time with continued daily use. I started at speed 15 for about three minutes, then jacked it up to the recommended speed of 34. No jarring or numbing occurred) Right after I bought it I went on you tube and found a video which showed how to set up and use. It really helped. When my machine arrived today I wasn’t so afraid of it and was excited to use it, I did read the manual twice and after following the step by step instructions on using it was fun to use. The 10 minutes flew by. My husband even got on it for 10 minutes!
