Making these cheaper quality; bonus pack not sent

I've worn Hanes Cotton Bikini underwear for years (decades), and they keep making the product a cheaper quality. The elastic gets thinner and less able to hold the underwear tucked under your butt. I would still buy it, because I like the size/shape and I buy cotton, but I am seriously disappointed. My best pairs are my older pairs. They come in a nice variety of colors and prints. About Walmart -- I ordered a 6-pack that came with a bonus 3 pair. They sent me only a 6-pack, so I asked why? Turns out they don't owe you the "bonus" if they don't want to. My order got delivered from my local store, that didn't have any of the "bonus 3" packs, so they said they are authorized to do a substitution. I used my home computer vs. the Walmart app, so I was not notified/asked about the substitution.
