it was easy to assemble but i had a piece of one chair that was cut wrong and couldn't put the last one together. so i have 3 perfect set up chairs. i couldn't return the one chair or have that one replaced without having to return the whole table set. its extremely heavy and comes in a large box. its cute but not for use on a big family.
