Scratchy but pretty

3 1/2 Stars. Better looking than feeling. Scratchy fabric. But otherwise nice. FUN, bright fabric. I was on the fence but still keep. I have chronic pain so I avoid further irritation to my nervous system. But I'm better lately so can tolerate. There are softer chiffon or mesh fabrics out there. This is more cheap and scratchy. But for the Great price... If you're not sensitive it's probably worth it.
