Really like this Brand, a Healthier Version

A healthier version of pasta made of rice. This is what I have been buying recently. i'm always on the quest to find healthier versions of what I enjoy eating. The taste is great, the price a little higher but healthier. This one of the rice pastas I enjoy eating. It is great as a side dish, or when filling you up with a side dish of vegetables or a homemade tomato pasta sauce. This is really yummy in any of it's pastas.

Doesn't spike his blood sugar...

Husband has to watch A1c or glucose levels all throughout the day. These did NOT spike his sugar when even other items that claim not to will. For him these are a nice substitute for other pasta products and all he has been able to eat without raising his blood sugar. Personally, I didn't like them :), but I love their Einkorn products, but I don't have the sugar issues.

Best mac and cheese.

I love these elbow noodles, I do cook them for 13 mins I think it says 10 but we like them cooked a little longer. They have a great taste, mix a little butter, cream cheese, parm cheese and sharp cheddar and you have yourself a great side dish.
