Great Value Baby Lima Beans are a great accompaniment to roasts and in soups and other meals. I love the easy of use because beyond throwing the bag in the microwave or emptying it into something else there is no peeling or prep needed. They are a beautiful light green color that looks as though you picked them from your garden without all the growing.

I was concerned after reading some reviews that said they were not microwavable but I think there must be two different types of these lima beans because these were definitely microwavable very easy to make very tasty just put a little bit of butter and salt and pepper on them and they were very good. I didn't realize they were a good source of protein and fiber so there's a plus there. I think I'll be eating more!
