works very well for trigger point, joint pain/discomfort. Very easy to apply by myself, price is good. Easy to remove but stays on until it's removed. Big Plus for me is this particular brand doesn't burn, blister my skin like brand name ones does.

These work really well. They don't seem as strong as the brand name, but they're still good. It's really small sized, but even the brand name shrunk their products. I love how they come with ziplock pouches to retain freshness. They work great for muscle strain/pain. The adhesive stays on fairly well as long as there's no sweat or lotion or hair on the skin.

They work but not sticky

My hand joints are dislocated and I put this patch on because my hand aches so badly. I tried one of these and put it on the back of my hand. It helped a lot but my only complaint is that it wouldn't stay on at all, so that sucks. Now I'm not sure what to do with them but I'll probably try them again.
