It runs smaller than advertised. My granddaughter wears size 4, and her heel wouldn't go into the shoes. I thought they were on her feet until she started walking, and I realized she wasn't walking flat. I checked again, and he heel was above the sole of the shoea. I guess because the bottom was soft, it didn't bother her, but we were out and about when i realized the problem. She was put innher car seat so it wasn't until we got out before I saw the problem and we had to purchase a pair of shoes that fit. maybe the wrong size was sent. I can't return them because she walked on them long enough to get them dirty. There are no photos to take because I bought new shoes, and i wasn't thinking about this review until i was reviewing another item.
