This little device has given me peace. I'm a light sleeper anything wakes me up even when I take sleeping pills but using this tiny device has changed my life for the better. I can sleep through anything yet still hear my alarm enough to wake up. My only preference is the loud noise which sounds like when you're flying on an airplane and I recommend this 100% plus it's super easy to learn. Mine stays on all day all night unless I leave my apt or shower. I have it plugged and it's literally my favorite gadget I own.

Stays charged all night. very portable cordless device. you have to hold the button down for a few seconds for it to turn on power. then you cycle through different noises. I wish it has a nice soft ocean sound instead of crashing wave sound. but all the sounds are good. running water sound makes me want to go no 1. so that one wasn't good for me. speaker quality is excellent.
