I wish that the switch for the lights had a mounting place instead of dangling there, but some 2 sided tape will take care of that. I would recommend this to anyone that has a daughter/ family members that have daughters to purchase this vanity they would love it .The lights also change colors and dims to fit the occasion that she wants , a makeup light ( bright) a rest light (dim ) and a sleep light (soft). It's a girl every wish .

In other reviews I can see they mentioned it being time consuming and for me I honestly didn't pay attention to how long it took to put together. I thoroughly enjoyed putting it together and seeing the finished product. I actually decided to use my vanity as my work desk too. It honestly looks just as pictured and there was no damage to any of the pieces of the items.
