Before I started taking this I was having issues just feeling physically exhausted even though I had gotten adequate sleep and mentally drained and unmotivated my OBGYN referred this to me and started it in February of 2026 it did take some time to kick in just had to be patient and give it time... now a month later and I feel so much better difference is night and day this product has truly helped me 100% thankful for this because when you work for a living you need energy for the day and this has truly helped highly recommend and surely hope that it helps someone else in the same position as I was.

It works for hot flashes!!!

If you are in the throes of perimenopause, like I am, this is a game changer. changer. I am actually on a very low dose of HRT but did not want to increase to address the hot flashes. HRT has helped me a great deal with joint pain and brain fog. anyway, two weeks in to this over the counter Estroven and my hot flashes are gone!!!
