Non slip outdoor rubber step pads

My back door steps do no have a roof. And as the years went by and the small porch and steps weathered out and rained on got slippery with the build up. Every year I would get out and had scrub ( I don't have a pressure washer) all of it and then use the hose to wash off the slime/slippery steps. And when it iced dangerously slippery. So I needed something to keep from myself (66) and others from stepping out and falling. But I did use a couple of wood screws in each to make sure there was no movement!

Anyone that wants to have a piece of mind !!!

No, I must tell you I have such steep steps leading to the back of my house, and I feel so safe and secure with these incredibly industrial, but fashionable stair treads
