Works firm not soft

Works like a charm. I love rolling out my back and it is the right size and when used correctly keeps my back happy. Love the stored small size. I take it camping and with me when I travel. I used to use a wine bottle wrapped in a towel, no fun! It is not a soft roller so if you're sensitive to a firm one this is not for you.
