The display of the temperature, water dispensed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought our fridge over a month ago because our old fridge wasn’t keeping our food cold enough. We love the side by side. I like that I don’t have to bend down looking for food in my freezer. That was a back breaker! I have so much more shelving in the fridge area. I also like the water dispenser on the outside of the door. Our old one was on the inside and it seems that this was a defeating feature to have to open door to get water.

Good value for money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator 8 months ago, and it's worked well. The two doors make it easy to access items in the refrigerator. The ice maker works great. Downside is it's a bit noisy at times, and the doors show signs of minor rust. Trying to contact customer support is a game of waiting.

Very disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought appliance in 4/2024. It is very loud, freezes food in the refrigerator at recommended settings, ice maker broke and had to be replaced in 4/2026. Just a poorly functioning and built appliance. I replaced whirlpool appliances with whirlpool appliances because historically they were built and performed well. This is not the case with this model.
