Key item features

  • Protective Padding: The thick foam padding shields shoulders, neck, and hips from painful pressure, maintaining its form even with heavy workouts.
  • Secure Straps: Two adjustable Velcro straps prevent the barbell pad from sliding, securing it around standard and Olympic barbells.
  • Functional Design: A curved design allows for proper neck positioning during squats and lunges, providing maximum padding on shoulders and hips.
  • Universal Fit: With a 1.3-inch inner ring diameter, the pad securely fits standard and Olympic bars, as well as Smith machines, without stretching or flattening.
  • Portable Convenience: This lightweight and compact pad is easy to transport in a gym bag, allowing users to bring their own for weightlifting anywhere.
  • Enhanced Comfort: The soft yet dense foam provides a comfortable cushion, enabling longer and harder workouts by reducing direct contact with the metal barbell.
  • Non-slip Surface: A matte, non-slip finish keeps the pad securely in place during sweaty workouts and when worn with a shirt.
  • Easy Maintenance: The pad can be easily cleaned after workouts with a sanitizing wipe or damp cloth.

Won't break the bank or your neck!!

This bar pad is amazing. Top notch! Affordable! Buy this one guys, you won't be disappointed! The straps that hold it on don't slide and dig like inferior ones. Just enough padding for comfort and not too much to be in the way! Love it and did I say affordable!!!
