taken as directed first thing in morning on empty stomach. I had read about the benefits but never tried before I had been having to deal with some stress and been not feeling so great I noticed after a few days more clarity of thought even when stressed I also notice I was not as flighty on tasks and kept doing one thing until finished instead of flitting off to start a dozen other things I have felt more focused and my focus continues on later in the day , like my brain doesn't wear out as fast I have had much worse allergies lately and this did not seen to affect them one way or the other but I have noticed a clarity of thought I recommend this supplement!

Great product. The ratio is the highest level that I have seen and seems to work great. Anything to boost the immune system, especially in the current environment is great to me.
