Extremely disappointing. My 7-year-old daughter used this kart twice before it essentially stopped working on the third use. For reference, she is only 48” tall and 46 lbs, so she is nowhere near the advertised 110-lb weight limit. On the third use, the kart repeatedly stalled under normal acceleration. The motor would hum like it was trying to engage, but the kart would either barely move or not move at all. If I gave it a small push, it would sometimes pick up speed for a few seconds, only to stall out again. Thinking it could be the battery, we followed the manufacturer's charging instructions and charged it for approximately 20 hours overnight and throughout the following day. It made absolutely no difference. Fully charged, same problem. For a product at this price point, failing after two uses is completely unacceptable. This wasn't heavily used, overloaded, or abused—it was ridden normally by a 46-lb 7-year-old and became essentially unusable almost immediately. The lights, Bluetooth, music, and other features don't mean much when the actual kart can't reliably move. I would not recommend this product. Spend your money on something with a proven drivetrain, battery system, and better quality control.
