size is different

This is the 2nd pair I am getting because the I love the 1st pair I got from DSW. Exactly same one but the size is very big, I have to assume that it was mistakenly marked as 6M, should be size 7. I love your shoes but very confused about the size differences.

My second pair

This is my second pair, I loved the first pair to pieces. I am an older teacher so I am on my feet all day but also prize the steadiness and non skid of this shoe. They are extremely comfortable and good looking. However, this second pair is noticeably larger than the last even at the same theoretical size. The heels slip uncomfortably. Hopefully mine are just an outlier.
