High fat but nice combo of flavors and textures

This would not be healthy to make for a one serving lunch or dinner, since the whole bag contains 52 grams of fat. It has a very savory Gorgonzola cheese flavor paired with the slight sweetness of cherries and crunchiness of crumbles. Nice blend of textures. If you like Gorgonzola you will love this. For those who are health conscious, I recommend serving it for a family of four to spread out the portions.

One of my favorite salads

I started buying salad kits to have for lunch. I get two salads from one kit. I add a hard boil egg and a slice or two of provolone cheese, and it's perfect. This is one of my favorite salads. My only complaint is that the dried cherries are usually one big clump and dont come apart easily.

This is my favorite Marketplace salad package. The flavor of the cherries combined with the Gorgonzola dressing is amazing. The downside is it is often hard to find because they don't always have it in stock,which tells me it is a good selling item and they need to stock it more.
