There's nothing wrong with it â crystallization of sugars is a natural occurrence. Just place the unopened jar, upright, in a bowl or pan of hot water, to warm the honey and make it liquid again. Best Honey in a Glass Jar

I buy this honey on repeat. The OHB Olivarez Honey Co. California wildflower honey is simply the best I have ever tasted. It does not taste fake. I love that it comes in a glass jar as that is my preference. The honey tastes amazing, better than ones that are much more expensive. And you can reuse the jar to make garlic honey.
