Great Chair, But Machining QC Needs Improvement

Overall, this chair is great for gaming and general computer-desk use. Adjustments are smooth and positive. So far, the upholstery materials have performed well. Assembly was straightforward and easy, except for one difficulty: One of the four holes in the bracket that mounts the chair back to the seat frame, was misaligned relative to its mating, threaded hole in the seat frame. Two of the included screws were damaged attempting to secure this mounting point. As it is now, only three of the four mounting holes are able to be used; I shall re-drill the remaining hole and procure a screw and nut to fasten.

Didn’t live up to its face value

The quality of this chair didn’t meet up to the expectations that I had for it. Luckily I paid for this chair at a discounted rate but it does not justify the retail price of $200 . The chair feels a little more on the stiff side in terms of comfort but the biggest disappointment was the features that this chair had to offer: The leg rest seems to be cheaply made as it is simply a hollow metal rod that is held by two Allen screws that slides the leg rest outwards. The leg rest is not as sturdy as I hoped for as it also causes the chair to lean forward when in use. The length of the leg rest is also short for a 5’ 10” adult as my calves rest on the cushion part of the leg rest. I think it would be perfect for a child or teenager but this feature is not as friendly for an adult. The massaging pillow was a great feature but unfortunately it has already went out before having the chair for two weeks. Not sure if it’s meant to be used for long hours as it seems like it had over heated after a few hours of use. I’m not sure if this is one of those “you get what you pay for” situations but I’ve seen this chair to be in the “standard” category as other chairs were cheaper and also a little more expensive. Overall, I’m not really satisfied with what I paid for and unfortunately I would not recommend this chair to anybody.
