Wish I'd done this sooner!

It works great! I am being allowed to sleep past 2am…the feeder wakes up instead! The “snack” option works great and I was actually able to give her a meal from 15 miles away!!!

Awesome feeder

Amazing! I've always wanted to try an automatic feeder, and this one is great. High quality and bowl is large enough for my cat to not feel out of place next to the machine (she can be skittish). Thanks so much!!!

Replacement parts

I purchased this feeder and absolutely loved it for over a year until the white plastic belt has started to crack along the seam. Once it started to crack it would no longer continue to go up the track to dispense the food. I do not see on the website that you can replace the belt. :( Yet you sell a replacement bowl that will never wear out. Please let me know if I can purchase a new belt to bring my feeder back to life and rate you a 5+ star!
