Eat Spaghetti Again! No enriched wheat flour!

This chickpea spaghetti has allowed me to start making spaghetti again at home. I stopped eating low-gluten and avoiding enriched wheat flour due to absorption problems, and it had been years since I'd made spaghetti (with Italian sausage, ground turkey and spices - so easy!) The chickpea protein makes the noodles extra-filling. It mixes great with vegetables, as I use bell peppers and onions. It saves calories from wheat and puts them into the protein category, which really makes me feel good about cooking a healthier version of a pasta meal.

Great alternative

We purchased this product for the ingredients. Husband is diabetic, we had to find ways to lower his sugar levels. Being totally honest, I THOUGHT he would HATE this alternative. He LOVES it ! It is yummy - you would not guess its made from chickpeas, and we now rarely eat any other brand of pasta.
