These are great! They go down the thigh a bit (rather than being a bikini cut like many panties) and have an extra little cuff at the leg. They are padded just through the crotch which is nice and my daughter loves the pattern. Perfect for potty training because they don't feel like a diaper/pull up and the padding offers a little protection for dribbles.

Bought 3 T. Daughter wears 4T-5T pull ups. She's almost 3 yrs old and above average height and weight. These fit fine for her. Loose enough leg band and waist band for comfort, not too baggy though. *Would probably be too baggy on thinner and shorter 3 year olds* . I still recommend these Doesn't unravel and retains shape in wash.
