The L'Oreal liquid eyeliner has become one of my favorites. The reason why is because it stays on! So many other types -- such as gel -- tend to smear, and I'm not a fan of raccoon eyes. Once I find a product I like, I often buy other colors, and there was a full range at Walmart. Great buy!

I love LOVE this eyeliner. I usually put my makeup on in the parking lot at work. 7 a.m. and I am hurriedly applying eyeliner in my car. It really is infallible.
