ordered and it arrived within 5 days. It had all the pieces and instructions were easy to follow. It took me 30min to assemble on my own. you do need physical box to help assemble and level out the boards, so dont destroy it. My wife loves it. She is 5' 9 and it raises up to her satisfaction. she was able to set her memory locations easily. it has a large work space and the extra shelf is great for additional monitors, speakers or a lamp. The hooks on the sides are for hanging things on. Might get a short hanging closet shelf or shoe rack to use as more storage space. Im not a fan of clothe draws. But time will tell. i wouldt recommend putting heavy items in them.
