My son is very impressed how good this bike. He has another one from the popular brand and very pricey, but he said this bike is much better and we saved a lot of money. He doesn't like the front light since it looks like “old” style, but I like this light, for me it looks great and makes the trip less dangerous with this big one. We had the small issue, the part of screen hand was broken during delivery, and I wrote a note to a customer service and we got the new screen within a week with no problems. Fully satisfied and highly recommended.

oh my goodness this bike is amazing i drive it to work everyday it holds me and my fiance both and doesnt even slow down it goes 37 mph its better then what i expected and it is alot bigger then what i expected . i was also worried about how i could get it up my stairs 3 stories but googled and found out it has a walk assist mode that pretty much pushes the bike up for u . we will be buying another one for my fiance. WE DID HAVE ALOT OF ISSUES WITH FEDEX THOUGH THEY KEPT DELAYING THE PACKAGE
