Can't fill order correctly

If this Vendor can't even send a correct order when they had the correct sizes in stock, there is a problem. There is also a problem with Walmart that they take zero ownership to get the vendor to send the correct sizes ordered!!!! what did Ritchie house do??? close their eyes and just pick too out of a box and send them??? I ordered 2 XLs due to this being a linen item, they will shrink. YET, I received a Medium and a Large!!! Walmart won't do exchanges with the vendor. YET, before I returned and after I returned these wrong sizes, one can STILL order an XL on their web site!!!! Obviously, there is a BIG BIG issues with Ritchie House and Walmart!!!!
