Was turned off to yogurt for years but this stuff is amazing! The texture is great. I get the plain and mix in some maple syrup, top with some fresh berries and granola - amazing!

High protien granola.

It is high protein yogurt, I choke it down every day for the protein that I don't have to cook or worry about my cholesterol. I put 1/2 of a clean granola bar in with it so it's not so disgusting. Yes, I recommend it for old people and people in a hurry because it's relatively clean protein and has all the probiotics for gut health.

well it's good to have a Greek yogurt with no sugar then you can have the other yogurts with some sugar then you can mix the plane with the others so you don't get all that sugar at one time and you can use yogurt for a lot of things the Greek oh my gosh and it's good to have a little fat regular fat a little bit is okay
