Taste pure water!

Blue Tahoe 10-cup Brita pitcher with Elite filter: I bought one 3 months ago. The water tastes so pure, so good (amazing) that I bought a second one, both for my own use. I like drinking water very cold and keep the pitcher in my refrigerator/. I drink the entire 10 cups of it daily, whereas I used to drink only 2 cups of water a day. The disadvantage is its 10-1/2-inch height requires a tall refrigerator shelf, and not the highest one. I can't easily lift its filled weight above my shoulders. I choose two pitchers rather than a countertop icemaker which develops compressor problems and makes only one glassful of ice cubes every few hours.. This pitcher does hold the entire 10 cups at same time, but you have to fill it 5 cups at a time. At 10 cups per day, you will need a new blue Elite filter after 6 months or 120 gallons, cost $20 or 2 for $30. For less water use, get white Standard filter, lasts 2 months or 40 gallons, costs $8 or 6/$26 (prices at Sept. 2025).

We live in a community with treated water. However, living in Central Florida, even treated water, contains unwanted calcium %26 other sediment. Those things alter the taste and even affect showering %26 the difference between a "good or bad hair day". The Brita 10 Cup Filter pitcher definitely improves the taste of the water %26 cooking etc... I would recommend the Brita Filter Pitcher to anyone looking for cleaner, better tasting water!
