After assembly I put all my hats and purses and it holds up very well, FYI I have a lot hanging on this rack too!! All holes worked accordingly and all screws plus extras were there! My only issues was it only had a top topper but not a bottom topper for the middle poles!! But that's a small issue !! I love this product, thnx!!

Although tubular in the photos and in reality , I was amused the product was titled scrollwork hall tree. Shortly after assembling it, I had a visitor who immediately commented how much she liked it. I desperately needed a place to hang my hats, and bag. It will be most convenient come fall and winter to place jacket or parka. My real regret is the white was apparently out of stock. Every time I selected white it switched it back to black. Attaching the white rubber tips was the most difficult part of assembly. My arthritic hands struggled with the required strength.
